Hi there, I’m Margaret. I’ve been obsessed with digging deep as far back as I can remember, from my days of being sure I’d be a paleontologist to ensuring that I committed to muscle memory every angle and position in a kata to researching & writing my own stories and coaching writers to write theirs.

The Credentials

• I became an Author Accelerator Certified book coach in April 2021

• I work on the executive team at Author Accelerator, helping to coach the coaches

• I hold an MFA in fiction, an M.A. in English & creative writing, and a B.A. in art history

• I have years of experience teaching English at the college level

• I’m a published indie author myself (to date I’ve published four novels)

• Some of my short fiction has won contests/honorable mentions

• I love to bake breads and goodies and firmly believe that chocolate chip cookies are the litmus test for all bakeries

• I love to stare out at the sea… Poldark-style. Especially in the cooler/colder months when the shoreline is not as busy as in the summertime
